#149 Symlinks not followed on linux

When using 7z (or 7za) on linux the symlinks are NOT followed. If I have a symlinked directory and try to compress it, all I get is a .7z file that's ~200 bytes long, which contains nothing more than a symlink. This worked perfectly well with 9.20 (using "-l" switch to follow symlinks), but doesn't work at all with 9.38. Moreover - "7za --help" doesn't list the "-l" switch, so I'm not sure whether it's a bug or a "feature"...
