According to GUI/kde4/readme.txt:

cp GUI/kde4/*.desktop /usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/

However, this results in all actions being listed twice (screenshot attached). This happens because there are two desktop files with almost the same contents: p7zip_compress.desktop and p7zip_compress2.desktop. Which one should be used?
