New Version Started !

New version started up now!

This version wouldn't only a lot of fixing!
It would be a bran-new project, which had a multi-languages mechanism. And we planned to add a bookmark mechanism, a fire-new members mechanism, a more normativer template mechanism and so on.

Source codes of this version was placed in /2.x in our CVS depository, and all language files was placed in /2.x/lang/. If you wanted to add into our multi-language group, you could download all files in /2.x/lang/english/, and sent your translated files to 173344faq@21cn.com.

We hope this version would be released before March 1, 2003. And the version number would be 2.3.x.
