#40 Installing 0.6.x

I'm using eclipse 2.1.2 and have tried to install perforce
support.

version 0.6.x reports that the installed version is 0.6.2
(disabled) and that the download size is 0K

I fought this for a while and then installed 0.0.8 This
seems to be working but I'd rather have an up to date
version. Anu ideas what I may have done wrong
