#2 Jobs handling in Perforce

Simple jobs handling in Perforce. Still some todo here but this
is enough to make it work.

You can list jobs based on a job spec (filter) and attach a job
to a changelist. The job shows up as an item in the changelist
in the Changelist view. There is one new view called "Jobs" for
the job view.

2 modules needed changes; core and ui. both a patch and a zip
with new files/icons are ziped up in the file attached to this
patch request. If you want this in another format tell me :)

Oh I forgot to mention I used 3.0 M7 when doing this, so a few
changes was made in the plugin.xml to handle it. I did not send with
the changes needed in the other plugins I didnt change to make it
possible to use with M7.
