I'v= e been poking around in the p4eclipse code off & on for a while, but it's my first experience working on an Eclipse plug-in, so it takes me a while to figure out how the APIs fit together. From what I've found so far, the binaries from the update site are compatible with 3.1, but the source won't compile on 3.1. I'll probably try make that step first, before trying to jump to 3.2, especially since 3.2 is still under development.
