#54 Upgrade plugin to Eclipse 3.0 M5 or higher API

I would be greate to upgrade p4 plugin to Eclipse 3.0 M5
or higher API.
Plugin works with Eclipse3.0M4, but I am pretty sure
there were some considerable changes made in 3.0M5,
that are not backward compatible.

Confirming that the plugin doesn't work with Eclipse 3.0 M6.
Attempting to share a project brings up a dialog box, I
select Perforce, but nothing happens when I click Next>.
