#47 Improve Sync for open files

1) Open a file for edit
2) Make changes
3) have another user make changes to the same file,
and submit them.
4) Sync to Head

The file you have open for edit is NOT synced down. It
needs to be resolved. This should be made more
obvious, and more easy.
