#128 Uable to find Action Set

When running with Eclipse 3.0.2 on Linux and trying to
open the Perforce perspective, I encounter the
following error:

Unable to find Action Set:
net.sourceforge.perforce.ui.ActionSet

Without the perspective I can't configure the p4 client
connection and thus can't connect to P4 server that
hosts the code I need.

Anyone encountered and solved this problem?
