#171 Select columns overlay broken

This is probably a task for Jenny when/if she gets a chance to do a quick sort through the forge, but I didn't want to just assign it to her.

The overlay for column selection (gear icon in upper right) in the tickets display ("Open tickets" if you have a ticket created) appears to be having either grid layout issues or data population issues. Clicking on the gear icon just gives you a blank overlay with a save button.
