p3d documentation

The primary source of information about what p3d is and does is the A&A paper (download the pdf file for free here). Each routine of p3d contains a complete, and updated, description on what it does, how to use it, the requirements on the input data, and the format of the output files. Either look into the respective file or see the documentation web page (which contains the same information for the latest revision in the subversion repository).
