#26 videoconference service - beta 3.2.1

Neither video nor audio transfer works in this beta 3.2.1.
It should be necessary to repair this problem urgently.

The installation of jmf, and the web cams test with java
visors was done without problems, as in previous tests
(remember that the beta 3 videoconference service
worked well in local environment without Internet
access).
