#4 Hosting native applications

Current P3 can host Java applications and does cannot
host natively compiled applications. It is very
important to host C/C++/FORTRAN applications for users
having their existing applications.

Invocation of native applications is not very good, has
been tested. But file distribution/collection features
should be improved to implement a practical hosting
feature.
