I decided this isn't worth my time. (sorry). I deleted most of it , but can't remove a certain file. (Yay for Deep-freeze!)

If it was in Blitz 3d, try running the un-installer. If that doesn't work and the file is an exe or dll try who's locking (http://www.codeguru.com/Cpp/W-P/dll/article.php/c3641/)

If the file is part of the actual game, I don't really know what could be blocking it.
