I get the attached error after installation. The app won't run. Please advise.

  That error is sayin it can't find the path to the program, ma eshure a folder called Ozyr exists at this path "C:\Users\USERNAME\Ozyr"

Two errors: the python file exists- and in the right place! The other does not exist (Win 7 pro 64-b)

  Lastly, there is no user on this machine with the name Doug. My primary

  Thank you for the quick response, but I don't understand what I need to do
  specifically. I've attempted installation 6 times (removing after each
  failed install), so obviously need to do something different, or manually
  install application components in the proper area.

  This is probably because of your windows version. The error is ocurring because the program can't find the sniping tool to make the screenshot/scan

I just installed the software and got a similar problem. I am running Windows 10 Build 19044 (Version 10.0.19044).

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "main.py", line 86, in <module>
FileNotFoundError: [WinError 3] The system cannot find the path specified: 'C:\Users\Tony\Ozyr'</module>

Blame MS for this:
USERNAME=Tony
but HOMEPATH=\Users\tzack
