Oxebiz now includes an affiliate feature, so 3rd party sites can advertise your shop and all orders made as a result are fed into a report, giving you the statistics you need to reward sites for adding affiliate links.

as of now, in a new oxebiz installation, search engine robots are automatically told not to index the website; this only changes when you change the testmode variable to false. This safeguards the process of website development on public servers.

Now any type of content can be translated into other languages, and displayed on the front end if the user has chosen that language from a dropdown. Code includes front-end samples.

As part of our move to open up Oxebiz to a wider audience we are moving bug tracking to the public sourceforge bug tracker. Bugs will be reviewed by project administrators several times per week.

Oxebiz now powers SIRAC.org.uk (Sustainable Innovation in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning), an Industrial Academic Research Partnership Network. SIRAC promotes new technology in refrigeration and air conditioning, and helps increase the flow of information between those with problems to solve and those with the ideas to solve them.

A project to bring advanced CRM features to Oxebiz (such as personalised dashboard, personalised saved searches, and better sales-oriented reporting) is well underway, and expected to be released as part of the Oxebiz sourceforge project in Spring 2008. More details at http://www.oxebiz.org.uk

Just launched today, the brand new Law Express website uses Oxebiz for managing content. Law Express are the UK's top legal telephone helpline service, and address a range of needs from Corporate and Business to Personal.

From version 6.8, any news you upload to Oxebiz will automatically be included in an outgoing RSS feed. This can be used to syndicate your news to other websites, or by your users who wish to keep up to date using feed readers such as iGoogle.

Today the new-look osteopathy.org, home of the British Osteopathy Association, went live, powered by Oxebiz 6.7. http://www.osteopathy.org.

Version 6.7 is now available for download (to download the code use the Sourceforge menu under code/SVN)

Oxebiz 6.7 now includes built-in support for discounts and offers in the 'shop' control panel. Using the discounts feature you can add percentages or money off depending on other purchases and/or discount codes.
