Hi, The list is quite low traffic these days so I'm not sure how many people still read ot actively. OWLAPI doesn't do transformations from rdfs vocabulary, really - there are equivalences between some rdf/rdfs vocabulary and owl vocabulary, like rdfs:Class and owl:Class. But rdf: Property doesn't map to data or object properties, which I guess is what you're seeing. An example would help.
