#1 webgoat.sh on Linux fails, needs dos2unix conversion

The Unix version of the webgoat.sh file has bad
characters that won't be interpreted correctly by the
shell. To fix this, I have converted the file properly
using the dos2unix utility, which removes the
characters that couse the problem. The new file is
