[Owasp-input-api-developers] Feels like we have some amount of agreement

Folks,


It feels to me like we have some general agreement at a high level for
what the direction and goals of this project are. I'd like to put
together a document summarizing this by Wednesday and get folks to agree
to it and then start really diving in to the meat of this project -
requirements.

I'd like to pull out as many requirements/features for what the project
should do as possible not limiting to stuff that will be implemented in
1.0... Then once we have this list we can prioritize and come up with a
1.0 feature set. 

Sound good?

PS: Sorry for being away last week, I ended up going out of town and
found myself in a remote locale without a phone line!
