Hm.

That will work.

I don't feel comfortable writing PHP/ASP code, so I'm going to look
for UTF-8 conversion functions. The snippet of C you pointed to is a good 
start. I think PHP has built-in UTF-8 functionality, but I'm not sure 
about VBScript.
