To build the source rpm:

- login as "root"
- copy ovlfs-2.0.1.tgz and ovlfs-2.0.1_sef_patches.gz
to /usr/src/packages/SOURCES
- copy ovlfs.spec to /usr/src/packages/SPECS
- cd /usr/src/packages/SPECS
- rpmbuild -ba ovlfs.spec

if everything goes well, you'll get:
- ovlfs-2.0.1-1.src.rpm in /usr/src/packages/SRPMS
- /ovlfs-2.0.1-1.rpm in usr/src/packages/RPMS/i386
