OVERTS© is an open source Java coded gaming engine that is designed for the creation of turn-based and real-time strategy games. However, the current legal definition of the OVERTS© license is that of a closed source and conditional GPL. OVERTS© is currently in the early stages of planning and recruiting, thus no content will be released to the public until further notice. Any use of the OVERTS© name or development of any tools or coding on this project without written consent is strictly prohibited.
