#158 only collect referenced objects when evaluation ids supplied

When the interpreter is supplied a set of evaluation ids (limiting definition evaluation to just the specified definitions) the interpreter should preprocess the input oval definitions document to determine the set of oval objects that must be collected. This will avoid collecting oval objects that are not used by the selected oval definitions.
