#194 Figure out if we can get loginuid for macos process58 probe

The macosx 'ps' command displays the effective uid of the process as the "logname" column (which is actually an alias of "login"), and which is already the value of the user_id entity. So is the loginuid entity redundant on macos? Is there some other uid we can use for this entity?
