Didn't find it useful but haven't debugged as in what's happening exactly.. Anyway try commenting lines 151 to 168 in rt/req_view/index.php, something like -------------------------- /*OPT_notify($dsts[$i],"OPT request $reqidstr\"$title\" $stat", "Dear $name,\n". "$s[1] $s[2] $s[3] changed the status of request $reqidstr\"$title\" ". "related to the \"$p_n\" project, owned by $own to status \"$stat\".\n\n". "The request body follows:\n". "----- -------------------------------------------------------------------\n". "$comments\n". "-------------------------------------------------------- ----------------\n". "This request is accessible on the OPT server at this URL:\n". "http://$SERVER_NAME$CRM_URL?URL=". rawurlencode("rt/req_view/?proj=$proj&req=$req"), "You may post comments on the request by replying ". "to this e-mail. Please note only the message body will be ". "uploaded to OPT. You may also post comments by ". "visiting the OPT site.\n\nIMPORTANT!\nIn case you reply to this e-mail, ". "please don't quote the original message since the quoted text ". I placed your patch > in but it didn't resolve my issues. Any ideas on something I can try? With my patch only issue is status change mails because I chose not to comment it out in patch as long as I don't understand why it's detecting a status change. There should be no duplicate mails with my patch. Let me know if you get dupliate mails even with my patch.. Bye Shridhar -- "Beauty is transitory."
