[Outport-users] error: Unable to access Outlook

Outlook 2K (9.0.0.2711)
Outport 1.1.22

When I fire up outport, I get popup from Outport that says

   Unable to access Outlook, exiting

Doesn't seem to matter whether Outlook is running or not.
Thanks for any suggestions?
