#1 Setup completes -- no buttons

Hello!

With Outlook not running, I ran
Setup.OutlookMAPISpy.1.1.exe without problems.
Then restarted MS Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627) [German]
on Windows XP Professional.
No new toolbar / new buttons were added, though.

The way I understand the 7 lines of help documentation,
the buttons should have been added automagically(?)

How can the correct functionality be added manually?

I must try on a Outlook 2000.

Normally, buttons are automatically added to Outlook.
Manually ??? I think it is not possible, because it is a COM
Add-ins.

Activate COM Add-ins
Extra->Change/Adapt?(Aanpassen in Dutch)->Choose middle tap
Task (Opdrachten).
In left panel choose Extra, in right panel scroll down to
and select COM Add-ins.
Drag COM Add-ins to the 2nd bar from the top (lefthand
side) and drop.
Double click on the new button and activate MAPI SPY
