#3 Error when building categories list

In a calendar with misconfigured ldap lookup, the loop
in Sub UserForm_Activate() (for frmSaveiCalStep2)
breaks with Run-time error '13': "Type mismatch" on
line 112 "Next Item". At the time Item contains Nothing.
I understand that misconfigured ldap is a problem, but
is there a way (a patch?) to bypass bulding the list of
categories and to export all?
