#13 Recurring events

Some of the date ranges did not transfer over correctly. I'm seeing recurring events that were several years old being put into the current year.

Also, this may be intended, but every recurring event shows up as Advanced type in Vista Calendar, instead of mapping to Daily/Weekly/Monthly/etc.
