#64 wiki export doesn't work correctly

Exporting an existing outline that has been loaded back
into JOE in wiki format gives a file with all the
<outline> tags intact. It looks pretty much like an
OPML file.

Exporting a new outline that hasn't been saved results
in a text file, but with no wiki markup. The only
indication of nested items is spaces at the front of
the line, which causes wikis to go into "preformatted"
mode.

Actually, can't Save As or Export any outline as Wiki and
get wiki markup.
