OutBoard 2.2.8 was released today. The application is compatible now with MySQL 8. See the CHANGES file for more details. This release has been tested on CentOS Linux (MariaDB 5.5 & PHP 7.4) as well as MS-Windows 10 (MariaDB 10.4, PHP 7.4 via XAMPP). Additionally, it was also tested with MySQL 8.0.21 on Windows. I would like to thank user Heath G. for his bug reports, which helped in the release of the two recent versions of the OutBoard.

OutBoard 2.2.7 was released today. The application is compatible now with PHP 7. See the CHANGES file for more details.

OutBoard version 2.2.5 has been released today. It is a bugfix release.

This is a maintenance release of the OutBoard, which includes a new feature for setting the session cookie timeout, and a bugfix for the "Zebra striping" feature that was introduced in the last release.

OutBoard 2.2.2 has been released. This is primarily a bug fix release, and includes support for MySQL 4.1. Version 2.2.2 has been tested by the author on Sun Solaris 2.8 and Fedora Core 4 (Apache 2.0.54, PHP5.0.4, MySQL 4.1.14.)

OutBoard 2.2.1 is a maintenance release to fix a bug that caused the application not to install if "register_globals" was not set to "on" in PHP.

I am pleased to announce the release of OutBoard 2.2. This version adds the ability to limit the update ability of users when changing dots or remarks. The program can be set to allow anyone to change anyone else's information, or only allow the user to change his own information. It can also be set to only allow admins to change the board.

I have uploaded a new copy of the outboard-2.1.tar.gz file because the original one was corrupted. Thanks goes out to Joel W. for spotting it! There was one minor change done since v2.1, but I have not increased the version number.

I am happy to announce the release of OutBoard 2.1. This version adds a number of new features over the 1.x releases, including a built-in timeclock and timesheet report generator, automatic page positioning on edit, automatic moving of dots to "out" if idle, and large amounts of refactoring in the sourcecode.
