#4 Option to output files to the same directory as input files

For processing big batchs of files its sometimes nice
to have it automagically output to the directory of the
input file. This way if you have a lot of mp3s in
different directories (for example if you have your
collection arranged in directories by cds like I do),
you can just load em all up in you play list and let
out_lame do its thing without having to constantly
change the output directory. I actually went ahead and
added this feature to my copy of the current stable
source code. I could submit a patch against the
current cvs version or something if you wanted. My
