Dear
looking for a plug and play on a vm server, a program to record sip calls going to the PSTN gateway, incoming and outgoing.
and save the call recording wav or other file extension in the name of the call id of the cisco call manager that comes on the header of the sip call.
I already have the CDR from the call manager in a database, and i can search on it who called who and got a call and duration. Therefore by clicking the call id on my existing database, i will pick up the wav file or other types of file from the storage and play it. This is already there
