#2 Apache Error with otto.cgi

I use Fedora Core 2 with Apache 20.0.49-4 and Mysql
3.23.58-9.

The installation and configuration was unproblematic.
So the mpg123 player is running without problem from
the commandline, too.

But if I would to play a song over the webfrontend, it
doesn't play a song and it appears in the bottom frame
an errormessage which says "Internal Server Error".

So I look in the apache error_log and the following are
written:

All my ventures to find out the fault were without
result. Can anybody help me.
