#3 Highlighting broken after 'Save as'

After executing 'Save as' operation on opened file, the highlighting mode remains the same but the highlighting itself is reset to plain text (but the menu item is correct and correspond to file extension). In addition some word are underlined (usually green or red zig-zag line).
Expected behavior:
Highlighting shall correspond to selected item in the menu.

It is not fixed, for some lexers it remains.
