OTRproxy 0.2.0 under OS X does not follow proper menu
conventions.

"otrproxy --> About..." is a nonfunctional menu item. It should be
displayed as "otrproxy --> About otrproxy", and produce the "About"
screen. There should be no "Help --> About" menu item. The Help
menu is for help.
