New Open Connector Build

This build includes...

1. Support for adding/deleting basic
appointments with a CalDAV server.

2. Support for Outlook 2007

3. External Configuration Tool.

4. Lots of bug fixes

This is still a developer only build,
please do not use on a production
system.
