#34 Complete Address Book Provider

The Address Book Provider needs to be completed with two backends.

The first is the 'CalDAV' backend that should get principal data from the WebDAV Principal Resources.

The second is the 'LDAP backend. This gets its data from an LDAP directory server.

The CalDAV backend should be developed first.
