#11 Issue: "Edit event" not functional

Steps to reproduce:
Click on events
Select event to view
Right click in event field
Click "Edit event"

Expected behavior:
User should at this juncture be able to modify event fields

Observed behavior:
Fields locked and not editable

Tested but I can't reproduce it.
