#2 ability to move tasks up/down

Subtasks should be movable up/down within their
own "task".

1. Buy cheese
1.1 look around
1.2 pick cheese
1.3 leave the store
1.4 pay for cheese

In the above case, I'd like to move 1.3 and 1.4
around, currently there's no easy (quick) way of doing
this.

tasks are sorted by their priority: no way yet to sort them if the
priority is the same... Maybe by adding another DB field just for
that, but is that really necessary?
