Renamed project to CrossPack due to trademark issues.

OSX-AVR was a project I started 3 years ago to bring together the open source tool chain for the AVR micro-controller family into one easy to install package (for Apple computers). This was an attempt to provide an OS X version of the windows orientated WinAVR project (winavr.sf.net).
