#188 VerticalScrollBar Nimbus

Hi!

Could you please consider adding Nimbus look and feel for VerticalScrollbar.
We did some investigation of your code and found in PaginationVerticalScrollbar class that currenty only supported look and feels are Metal, Windows and Mac looking scrollbars.

We did try using standard scroll bar but then increase/decrease buttons are lost, and table is not painted corretly. We managed to correct paint problem with AdjustmentListener, but the problem with increase/decrease buttons and probably paging remains.

Since Nimbus is becoming standard crossplatform laf in Java, and we are developing crossplatform solution it would be nice to have it already as part of OpenSwing library.
