#6 Implement Quartz engine as separate code base
Originally, the Quartz framework and its FunctionProvider were part of the OSWorkflow engine. They had been removed from the OSWf core in order to minimize the number of dependancies.
As a separate sub-project (JAR) a effective set of unit test can be developed. These tests by their nature of being schedule could take several minutes to run.
