If you are having problems getting Lsongs to run or install please help us by providing the following information:
1. Your email address where we can contact you
2. Your hardware specs:
CPU
RAM
Video Card
Sound Card
HDD Size and Type
3. Version of Lsongs you are running (you can find this under the Help > About menu)
4. The version of OS that you are using:
What distro?
What version?
Remember: the more information that you give us about your hardware and software the more likely you will get a helpful response! Stupid requests like: "I can't get it to work.... HELP!!!!!" will be ignored. If you want a developer to take time to help you get Lsongs installed you should at least show that you respect his time and are willing to provide the necessary information required to troubleshoot your problem.
