If this list is truly supposed to be OSS for Windows, there are some entries that don't belong. For example, Wikipedia. It's just a website, not OSS for Windows. MediaWiki (what Wikipedia runs on) should be listed, however.

Visopsys is another one. It's OSS, but has nothing to do with Windows, just like Linux.

I think OSSWin is a great list but could be better with more strict submission criteria. And as someone else already pointed out, a Wiki (MediaWiki?) would elicit more dynamic input.
