The new documentation is VERY nice!  Thanks a lot.

One comment, on orthoigen doc, one other scenerio you might want to document
that people might find useful for the program is a straight resample.  You
show how to do it in combination with clipping for resampling to a set
meters/pixel.  An example of just resampling for both meters/pixel and
degrees/pixel would be useful.  I hacked up one of the templates to do what
I wanted, but it would be good to document common tasks like that.

I could not find any way in imagelinker to do this either.  You can do a
resample to a set meters per pixel using the view dialog, but I cant find a
similar path to do degrees per pixel.
