Limit the lengths of user names, project names, and scenario names to 20 characters each. Arc is blowing up on me from long names.

      Hi Brad,

Will do. Can you give me some idea of how fast you need it done? I'm
working on a deadline for calculating terrestrial passability for
streamcontinuity.org. I should finish today. Left to myself, I would work
on a couple of loose ends on streamcontinuity over the next couple of days,
but I don't have to do that.

      Thanks,
      Bob

        Hi Bob,

Not a huge hurry. We'll just enforce it verbally for now. It turns out
that long paths (user name\project\scenario...) crash Arc in a way I
        didn't anticipate.

        Thanks,

        Brad
