The OSS-QM project maintains hotfixed sub-releases for various package's releases, especially for fully-automatic and crosscompiling. It's goal is to make the packages in question complying with the "Rules for distro-friendly packages".

All packages have strictly unique names and normalized version numbers, so everything can be retrieved by canonical locations (tarballs via http or git repositories+refs).
