#87 Cannot open attached file to Requirement tab of Req. artifac

osrm install: 2 tier.
System: Ubuntu 6.06
Database: postgresql 8.1

To reproduce:

-Attach a file in Attachments area of Requirements tab.
-Double click file name.

Result:

java.io.IOException: temp/2432423432423programabasico.pdf cannot execute

Searching /tmp directory i've found no file as such.
