The installer creates databases and configuration files
with default permissions. This is often: writeable by
administrator and power users, read-only by ordinary
users. An ordinary user can open the database, but any
change is silently ignored.

The installer might need to ask whether the demo
databases should be world-writeable.

This also applies if the Access database file itself is
writeable, but the directory is not. The tool wants to
create an .ldb file, used for locking.

Thanks, I will update the instructions since there will
not be time to update the installer for operating specific
instructions with version 1.2. Read only I will do some
testing as no error is not desirable.
